Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using MatterWise. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the same defined terms apply.

1Use MatterWise for its intended purpose

MatterWise is provided to help you understand and manage genuine staff and employment situations in your own business. You may use it for that purpose, in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.

When you enter information — including information about employees or other people — you must:

5Consequences of breach

If you breach this Policy, we may (without limiting our other rights) issue a warning, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access, remove content, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice.

6Reporting misuse

If you become aware of any misuse of MatterWise, a security issue, or content that breaches this Policy, please tell us at admin@matterwise.com.au.

7Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “last updated” date.
